Aaj kal zyada log weight gain aur body fat ki problem se pareshan hain. Gym jana har kisi ke liye possible nahi hota, lekin ghar par simple routine se bhi weight loss possible hai.
πΆ♂️ 1. Subah ka Routine
Subah uth kar:
1 glass normal pani peeo
20–30 mint walk karo
Us ke baad halka sa stretching exercise karo
☕ 2. Diet Control
Sugar kam ya band karo
Fried food avoid karo
Roti aur rice limited rakho
Fruits aur salad zyada khao
π♂️ 3. Daily Activity
Roz kam az kam 30 mint walk zaroor karo
Din bhar zyada bethna avoid karo
Active rehne ki koshish karo
π§ 4. Pani Peena
Din mein 8–10 glass pani zaroor peeo
Lemon water bhi useful hota hai

Agar tum yeh routine 2–3 weeks follow karte ho to:
Body light feel hogi
Fat slowly kam hona start ho jata hai
