Subah uth kar:

1 glass normal pani peeo

20–30 mint walk karo

Us ke baad halka sa stretching exercise karo

Sugar kam ya band karo

Fried food avoid karo

Roti aur rice limited rakho

Fruits aur salad zyada khao
